Q. Can you tell me what my PIN is? I tried the last 4 digits of my phone number and that didn't work.

While we can't see what your PIN is, we can reset it to the last 4 digits of your phone number if you tell us your library card number.

You can reset it yourself by following these steps:

1. Click My Account on the library homepage
2. Scroll down to the line below the Submit button
3. Click Forget Your PIN?
4. Enter your library card number and press the Enter key
5. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your PIN
