Q. When I try to sign in to OverDrive I get an error MBLOCK field
Error message reads:
We're sorry, but the specified library patron account information is not valid.
Details: (0) Your record is blocked (MBLOCK field = "b”).
The error message MBLOCK field means that there is a problem with your library account. Please call the circulation department at the Main library or call your local branch. A staff member will be happy to help you resolve the problem.
