Yes, you may reserve one of the smaller conference rooms in advance. Just complete this form and send it via fax or email to the branch of your choosing. A library staff member will contact you to confirm your reservation. You may reserve a conference room up to three times per month, and your application will be kept on file for three months. In addition, when you do an advanced reservation, there is no time limit, so you may reserve the room for longer than the four hours permitted for walk in use.
The larger meeting rooms at the Hughes Main Library and at the branches may be reserved in advance using this form and sent to branch of your choosing. You may submit a meeting room application up to three months in advance of your event, and annual meetings or one-time events may be requested up to a year in advance.
